I am hoping... praying you already know to do this. I mean, it seems like a no-brainer to me, but as your foodie god-mother, I feel that it is my duty to give you these glass slippers, if you will.
Actually I feel kind of weird posting this since it's basically just, um.... leftovers. But from now on, you're gonna do what all the cool kids do. First make enough spaghetti for an army and give it a good bath in my trusty old spaghetti sauce (seriously go read that old spaghetti post. I was just snorting my head off re-reading it just now. Har har har.)
The next day, you shall pull the leftovers out of the fridge.
Throw it in a pan with as much cheese as you own.
Maybe throw on some garlic salt, dry herbs, or bread dip seasoning. Seriously. Get this stuff. It's gold.
Bippity boppity boo.
Cheesy Baked Spaghetti
Cold leftover spaghetti in sauce
Cheese (I used mozzarella and parmesan, but you can use whatever you have around)
Garlic salt, dried Italian herbs, or bread dip seasoning
Fresh herbs (oregano, basil, or thyme, etc.)
A couple tablespoons of soft butter.
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Put the spaghetti in a greased pan. Cover in cheese. Sprinkle with dried herbs. Bake until the cheese is melted and the spaghetti is hot (maybe about 20 minutes, depending on how much you have). Brush with a little butter and sprinkle with fresh herbs).
Don't forget to follow on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest! You can even follow me on Spotify now too. Yay! You can never escape my influence. MWAHAHHAA.
Darling, you're amazing. I shall go cook spaghetti for an army now.
